Include your completed Rx with material choice, tooth numbers, shade and any clinical notes.
You can upload up to 5 files at a time. We confirm receipt within one business day.
What to include
- Completed prescription (Cosmetic or Removables Rx)
- STL files, photos or scan exports as applicable
- Shade information and case notes
Transfer via WeTransfer

- 1 Go to WeTransfer.com
- 2 Choose the “Take Me to Free” option
- 3 Accept the Terms and Conditions
- 4 Click “+ Add your files” and select your case files (include the Rx)
- 5 In “Email to”, enter sandiegocosmeticdentallab@gmail.com
- 6 Enter your email in “Your email”
- 7 Add an optional message with case details
- 8 Click “Transfer”
